At N.U.M.S Technofashions, the factory is set up with good manufacturing practices, product quality, safety and welfare of employees. We consist of, a full backyard system of Sampling, Cutting, Cut panels Checking, Stitching, Checking, and Packing.
Our factory is spread over total area of 40000 sq. feet includes for 2 units, and garmenting division is running with total numbers of 150 machines having a production capacity of around 1,50,000 pcs per month for regular products and 1,00,000 pcs per month for special products.

Our fabric suppliers are equipped with the latest model of circular knitting machines and dyeing suppliers are having ultramodern soft flow and jet dyeing machines and are capable to supply 50 tons of fabric per month.

Planning & Merchandising
Planning and Merchandising is a vital parts of the garment manufacturers exporting industries. Our P & M team managing the production in the organization mainly involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production activities. It deals with converting raw material into finished goods along with proper decision-making regarding the quality, quantity, cost, etc.., involved in it. Accuracy in planning equates to timely shipment of orders, better utilization of operators, and guarantees that proper supplies and machines are available for each style and order. It includes every process from scheduling each and every task in the particular process to dispatch of the garment.
Sampling
Sampling is one of the key elements of the pre-production processes in the garment industry and plays a vital role in getting orders from the buyer. Our potential sampling team represents to deliver desired outputs based on the details and information specified by the buyer. A sampling includes details like a product/style code or a reference number, color specifications, kind of fabric, composition, description, quantity, and details of embroidery, buttons, zippers, or any other sort of accessories used.
Pattern Making
Pattern making process is one of the most important tasks in garment manufacturing. It’s a making bridge function between design and production. A sketch can be turned into a garment via a pattern that interprets the design in the form of the garment components. Fit is the most important factor leading to the final acceptance of a garment and it must be designed into the original pattern. A good customized fit is dependent on the pattern drafting incorporating various shapes and proportions of the individual customer.
Outsourcing
Outsourcing is the process of hiring external contractors or specialty industries to perform the tasks in our company’s value chain such as design, production, supply sales, marketing, and services processes. Our skilled & experienced Outsourcing team is transferring the business operations, to external sources, and it entirely covers the sourcing of suppliers and evaluate the services by analysis. The process involves the transfer of operational activities to value-added suppliers and aims to shorten the apparel supply chain and a reduction in services supplied internally.
Production
Garment production in manufacturing industries is an organized activity consisting of sequential processes from cutting to packaging, and the process is converting raw materials into finished products. Our potential team of production ensuring the smooth operations of the manufacturing process involves Product Design, Fabric selection, Inspection, Pattern making, Grading, Marking, Spreading, Cutting, Bundling, Sewing, Pressing or Folding, Finishing and Detailing, Dyeing and Washing, QC, etc., scheduled as per the timeline of planning and merchandising team.

Internal Auditing
Internal control has a pivotal role in ensuring the sustenance of any industry because it plays an important role in preventing and detecting erroneous activities and protecting the organization’s resources. Our Internal audit team plays a vital role in ensuring a good internal control system. Monitoring and verifying the effectiveness of the Internal Control System and implementing the corrective action to bring efficiency in terms of operation and cost minimization.
Final Inspection
The purpose of a pre-shipment final inspection is to ensure that the products meet the specifications and safety standards agreed upon by the buyers and exporters. During the final inspection, our trained inspection team examines the goods, looks for defects, and checks that they match the specifications set forth by the buyers. The overall product is measured against engineering, customer requirements, and standards. Final inspections and device approvals play an integral role in the decision to move items to stock or shipment.
Export & Logistics
Our Accounts & Logistics department handling the necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of both the exporting and importing countries. This includes preparing and verifying export/import licenses, customs documents, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork. Arranging transportation and shipping of goods from the manufacturer’s location to the buyer’s destination. They work with freight forwarders to negotiate favorable shipping rates, select the appropriate mode of transport (air, sea, or land), and manage the logistics process. Also handling the customs clearance procedures at both the exporting and importing countries. They coordinate with customs authorities, submit required documentation, pay duties and taxes (if applicable), and ensure smooth clearance of goods through customs.
We meet statutory requirements pertaining to labor and other facilities as per regulation. Our factory operates with adequate safety standards and all facility areas are provided with fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and emergency lights. Fire drills are performed periodically and individuals from each department are trained for first aid treatment.
